Below are profiles of several Blue Magnolia consultants.
Marjorie Gorton
Marjorie Gorton is a senior project
manager, instructional designer, and writer with 25 years of experience
in user support and client services. Her extensive instructional design background includes 15 years of computer-based training (CBT) and Web-based training (WBT) development experience for various subjects including PeopleSoft HRMS.
Marjorie is very experienced in gathering business requirements and designing learning solutions for delivery on an e-learning, blended, or traditional platform. Her project management experience
includes an extensive PeopleSoft human resources
and reporting project for a major international bank.
For this project, Marjorie led a team of writers and multimedia
developers to produce CBT and a robust online documentation
tool that provided system procedures, a data dictionary,
a panel reference, and an error message reference.

Scottie Kersta-Wilson
Scottie Kersta-Wilson has extensive experience in instructional design, training development, and project management. Ms. Kersta-Wilson specializes in computer-based training (CBT), web-based training (WBT), and traditional training in support of PeopleSoft, SAP, and proprietary applications. In addition, Ms. Kersta-Wilson has 15 years of experience in computer imaging.
Scottie has created training materials and delivered classroom training in the Purchasing area for the U.S. Government, a major hospital corporation, and an international multimedia conglomerate. Additionally, she managed a team of writers who produced end-user-support materials and classroom training for a PeopleSoft 7.5 Projects implementation at a major retailer.

David Scribner
Dave Scribner is an Information
Designer with over twelve years’ experience in
developing effective business communications. Dave’s
specialty is creating the supporting visual framework
for adult learning and professional development programs.
He provides clients with high-level design solutions
that are both innovative and appropriate to the audience.
As a consultant, Dave works to find the best solution
to each project’s unique design and communications
problems. His goal is to exceed expectations, in terms
of both design quality and efficiency of execution.
